We are gearing up for our 2008 Church Music Workshop, and the word is...
Location, Location, Location! Following many years of wandering all around the state to find a site that meets all of our needs, we are returning to the campus where the Florida Chapter summer workshop first met,
Florida Southern College, in Lakeland.
We believe you will be pleased with the improvements. First, the adults will be staying in a brand new lakefront dormitory with elevator - we will be the first to live in it! Second, most of our activities will be in one handy area of campus; but when we do need to cross campus, say, for lunch, Florida Southern officials promise transportation. Third, our world-class clinicians promise to bring new thoughts and ideas that will be helpful in our many aspects of worship ministry. Watch for your brochure, and send in your registration or register online immediately. Trust God for the needed finances; you will be glad you did. See you in Lakeland in June!

Dan Shorb, Adult Workshop DeanThe Ivey Handbell Ringers from First Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, NC will be in concert Tuesday, July 8th at 7:00 p.m. at Pine Shores Presbyterian Church, Sarasota, FL.
The Ivery Handbell Ringers consists of ten outstanding high school musicians who have toured extensively in the United States and Canada. They offer a program of familiar classical pieces, folk tunes, and original handbell compositions. The group is under the direction of Rebecca Puster.
